Information

This aircraft was initially based at the F8 Barkaby base in Stockholm, but was later transferred to F6 in Karlsborg. It later served with the military research department Försökscentralen (FC), partly based in Vidsel.

The helicopter was preserved at the closed AF1 helicopter base in Boden for a long time, but as the Boden base closed in 2005 the aircraft was transferred to the Försvarsmuseum Collection. The aircraft has been painted like an army helicopter and remarked 203 (to imitate 02203, which is preserved in Nyköping [02409]).

The helicopter is displayed at the RFN museum in Vidsel since May 2009. It is formally owned by the Swedish Air Force Museum in Linköping.
