The aircraft was transferred to the Air Force from the Army (prev. 02203). It got to be based at the F7 base in Såtenäs and later at the F6 base in Karlsborg (as F6-92).

The helicopter crashed in June of 1981 and was written off. It has been repaired into a good shape and is stored as a technical trainer for new engineers at the Flygteknik Technical Training School in Nyköping
