OY-HAA

Information

This helicopter was constructed in 1960 and became one of the first civil machines in Denmark when it was sold there the same year. Registered OY-HAA the helicopter was operated in the country in four years before it was sold to Swedish Lapplandsflyg AB in Porjus in November of 1964. The helicopter was hired by the Swedish police between 1971 and 1972 but was later returned to Lapplandsflyg, which now had its new main base located in Umeå.

The helicopter was involved in an accident in September 1977 when its main rotor struck the ground during a landing. The helicopter was repaired and soon sold to Fislflyg AB in Porjus. It was later damaged in a new accident, this time in Ritsem back in 1980.
