Information
This helicopter was constructed by Agusta back in 1971 and came to operate as D-HAVO with Süd-Helicopter (KG Hansa) in Germany until 1971 when it was involved in an accident.The aircraft was brought to Ostermans Aero's maintenance facility at Barkarby Airport in Stockholm, Sweden, and was fully repaired in the months to come. It obtained its Swedish registration, SE-HGT, on 22 March 1976.
The helicopter was purchased by Jämtlands Aero in Östersund in September the same year.
On 21 April 1977 SE-HGT was lost in a fatal accident at Mt Bastunäsfjället, south of Borgafjäll, when it collided with the ground. Three people lost their lives in the accident. The helicopter was written off.
