Information

This helicopter was constructed at Aérospatiale's assembly plant in Marignane back in 1981. It was purchased by The Colt Car Company in Gloucestershire, UK, and came to be used by the company until February 1985, when the helicopter was transferred to The Devon And Cornwall Police Authority.

It was cancelled from the UK register in November 1986 and ended up in Sweden in February 1987, purchased by Norrlandsflyg.

The helicopter operated in the north of Sweden in 2,5 years before it was badly damaged in an accident at Kebnekaise Mountain Station in June 1989. The airframe was later sold to France, where it was repaired into an airworthy condition. It later ended up in Germany.
