Information

This helicopter was constructed in 1987 and came to Sweden in December the same year - imported by SAAB Helikopter AB. The Schweizer dealer operated the helicopter in a half year and then sold it to the Stockholm-based flight school Helicopter Assistance AB. It was mainly used for flight training, aerial photo and some taxi missions. As the company became a Robinson dealer it gradually focused in that helicopter type and sold the machine to Jämtlands Flyg AB in September 1992.

Jämtlands Flyg & Fiske AB was a newly established company in Östersund, but was owned by an experienced and legendary family in the area. The helicopter entered service together with a Jet Ranger, SE-HGD, and was mainly used for flight training, reindeer herding and inventory flights. The Jet Ranger was replaced within a few years, but the Schweizer 300 remained in the company - accompanied by a second Schweizer 300 aircraft.

SE-HST was used by Jämtlands Flyg for more than 13 years, but it was eventually sold to a private person in Funäsdalen in 2009-2010.

SE-HST was sold to a private owner in Pålsboda, south of Örebro, in April 2015. It became the second Schweizer 300 in the owners' fleet, with SE-JMN as its sister ship.
