SE-JGM

Information

This aircraft was constructed at Eurocopter's Marignane plant in France back in 2002. It was acquired by the Swedish Eurocopter dealer Michael Savbäck AB (Savback Helicopters) and got the Swedish registration SE-JGM in July 2002.

The aircraft was used as a demo helicopter and a representation aircraft for a year, before it was sold to Heli Transair in Germany in July 2003.

Accident
The helicopter was later sold to another German owner, but it was lost in an accident in Mannheim on 19 June 2009. The accident occurred as the 1048-hour helicopter was engaged in a training flight. An auto rotation went wrong, and the helicopter ended up in a corn field next to the airport. The three occupants sustained minor injuries.
