This aircraft was assembled by American Eurocopter in 2004. It was later exported to the Dominican Republic, and eventually ended up in Russia.

The helicopter was transported to Patria Helicopter's maintenance facility at Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, Sweden, in late 2017, imported via Savback Helicopters. It obtained the Swedish registration SE-JYH in April 2018.

SE-JYH was exported to Poland in June 2018.
