Helicopter accident in Ystad

A helicopter was involved in an accident at Rögla, northwest of Ystad, earlier today. The two occupants survived without any serious injuries. The aircraft was inspecting power lines in the region when the accident occurred.

The cause of the accident is unknown at this time, but it is being examined by the Swedish Accident Investigation Board (Statens haverikommission, SHK).
