Helicopter accident north of Stockholm

A single-engine turbine helicopter was badly damaged in an emergency landing near Kungsängen in Stockholm this afternoon. The aircraft was heading for Bromma Airport when something went wrong and the pilot was forced to perform an emergency landing. The helicopter was damaged upon impact, but the pilot was unharmed. The cause of the accident is unknown at this time, but it is under examination by the Swedish Accident Investigation Board (Statens haverikommission, SHK).
