New simulator to Northern Helicopters

Today Northern Helicopters announced that it has signed a contract for a helicopter simulator that will serve for the Instrument Multi engine courses as well as the MCC courses. The simulator is manufactured by Elite which is one of most well established simulator manufacturers for fixed base simulators, says the flight school.

The simulator is built on the AS355 type, which is the actual aircraft that the school utilizes for the practical flight training. The simulator is estimated to be fully operational in November 2014 at the training centre in Gothenburg, Sweden.
