This unique image shows the very first Scandinavian AB139 headed home to Norway from the Italian Agusta production plant near Milan in Italy during the delivery flight.\\\\r\\\\nThe helicopter has been purchased by Norwegian Lufttransport AS and will be used for the people-, mail- and cargo shuttle traffic between the island of Værøy and the city of Bodø. Lufttransport was awarded the three years long shuttle contract in February 2005.\\\\r\\\\nThe AB139 (later named AgustaWestland AW139) is a very spacious and powerful medium-sized twin engined helicopter that has been developed by Bell/Agusta Aerospace Company (later AgustaWestland). The model made its first flight in 2001.
