This aircraft was the second in a batch of 15 Sikorsky UH-60M Black Hawks (HKP 16A) to be delivered to the Swedish Armed Forces Helicopter Wing.The aircraft arrived at Malmen Helicopter Base in Linköping on a US Air Force C17, together with 161326, on December 15 2011. It was officially handed over to the Helicopter Wing by the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) as 161325 on January 17 2012.
The aircraft was soon registered 161226.
