SE-HVU

Information

This aircraft was constructed by Schweizer Aircraft Corporation in 1990, and it was imported to Sweden by SAAB Helikopter in May the same year.

The aircraft was sold to Heli Suede AB (Heli-Trans AB) in Gothenburg in October 1991, but it soon returned to SAAB. It was purchased by Bodens Helikopterflyg in 1994. Later the same year the aircraft was sold to Stig Martin Persson i Lappland AB in Ammarnäs. It was temporary leased by Airlift Helicopter Sweden, Norrhelikopter and Helikoptertjänst i Kittelfjäll (VIP-Air i Lappland) until it was purchased by Kallax Flyg in 2002.

SE-HVU was mainly used for reindeer herding, flight training and census operations. It was stationed at Kallax Flyg's main base in Piteå.

SE-HVU was exported to Israel in August 2017.
