Information

This helicopter was constructed by Schweizer Aircraft Corporation in 1991 and was initially registered N41S for test flights. It was then sold to an Danish owner, through the Schweizer dealer SAAB Helikopter, and got the registration OY-HEB. The helicopter was imported to Sweden by SAAB Helikopter in early-1999.

In April 2003 Kallax Flyg's owner Stenvalls Trä AB purchased the helicopter in order to replace SE-JAI, which had been destroyed in an accident earlier the same year. The aircraft entered service with Kallax Flyg, and came to be used for operations like reindeer herding, pilot training and census tasks. It was stationed at Kallax Flyg's main base in Piteå.

The helicopter's airworthiness expired in April 2013.
