C-FIOM (ex. SE-JBK) operated by the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society (STARS).
The aircraft is a former Canadian Air Force helicopter that was leased by Eurocopter Canada by Heliflyg AB for the EMS helicopter trials at Bromma Airport in the spring of 1992. SE-JBK was the July helicopter (they tried one helicopter type per month). Stockholm's County Council was very happy with the BK 117 and decided to use the aircraft for its medical operations. Heliflyg bought SE-JBC as a replacement to SE-JBK, which was returned to Canada in the spring of 1993.
