Photographed just after it had been imported to Sweden. The helicopter was destroyed in a fatal accident only three months later. The accident occurred as the aircraft, fitted with fixed floats, experienced an engine problem during a training flight at Skå-Edeby airfield. The aircraft turned upside down mid-air and crashed, killing both the student and the highly experienced instructor.
