Information

Constructed in 1996, OH-HCH was the 4th EC135P1 to be built. The helicopter was first used as a demonstrator by Eurocopter Germany but was later leased to ADAC Luftrettung GmbH for EMS purposes.

In 1998 it entered service with the Bavarian Police. Shortly thereafter the Finnish company Copter Action (later Copterline) bought the helicopter in order to use it as an EMS helicopter in Helsinki, the capital of Finland. The helicopter type proved to be too expensive compared to the BO 105 CBS and the machine was thereby offered for sale.

During the summer of 2001 Christophorus Flugrettungsverein (Vienna, Austria) leased the helicopter. It was leased by Lufttransport Svenska AB as EMS helicopter in Stockholm, Sweden, between May-June in 2002.

It later entered service as EMS helicopter \"SEPE\" at Oulu in northern Finland. The aircraft served with the SEPE organisation for some years before it was sold to Austria.
