Information
This aircraft was constructed by Westland in the UK back in 1965, and served a number of years as a Sioux AH1 helicopter in the British Army. It was later sold to a private person in UK an registered
G-BGID. It was based in the English town Wombleton in York for a while before it was offered for sale.
A private person from southern Stockholm in Sweden found interest in the helicopter and decided to buy it. It was imported to Sweden during the autumn of 2004 and was soon registered
SE-JHP - being the first Bell 47 helicopter to gain a registration in the "J" batch. It's presently based at a private heliport near Nynäshamn in southern Stockholm.
SE-JHP was exported to Ukraine in June 2018.
