Information
This aircraft was constructed at Eurocopter's assembly plant in Marignane, Marseilles, in southern France back in 2000. It spent its first 16 years in South Africa, Australia and Norway, before reaching Sweden.
The helicopter was imported to Sweden from Norway by the large Swedish operator
HeliAir Sweden in May 2016. It became the second EC120 (after
SE-JMP) to join HeliAir's fleet in a very short time. In addition to the Colibris, the fleet consisted of three AS350s, five Hughes 500s, two Bell 206s and a Huey at that time.
HeliAir is focused in various operations, including power line inspection, branch sawing, sling-load jobs, aerial filming, photo flights and air taxi.
