SE-JIP

Information

This aircraft was imported by Ex-Change Parts i Borlänge AB in March 2006. It was constructed in 1978 and has operated in the US, in the UK and in Spain before it came to Sweden. SE-JIP was later leased by Osterman Helicopter.

The aircraft was transferred into the refurbished company Osterman Helicopter i Östersund AB's fleet in November 2011.

Less than a year later, in September 2012, the helicopter left Osterman's fleet and joined HeliAir Sweden. Osterman Helicopter i Östersund AB went bankrupt a few days later.

The helicopter joined HeliAir Sweden the same month. It was operated parallel to a fleet of Bell, MD and Eurocopter helicopters. SE-JIP was the first helicopter to join HeliAir Sweden's newly established flight school shortly thereafter.

It was later stored and stripped for spare parts. The airframe was exported to the US in early 2016.
